The Hera On-Site application by DWM offers technicians a streamlined approach to managing Work Orders. This tool enhances operational efficiency by allowing users to access their open Work Orders and receive real-time notifications regarding updates.

 <li>Access an estimated payment date after submitting an invoice.</li>
 <li>Manage technician-specific details including trades and rates.</li>
 <li>Upload essential documents such as Notices of Acceptance (NOA) and invoices.</li>
 <li>Assign Work Orders to designated field technicians with ease.</li>
 <li>The option to hide Not To Exceed (NTE) amounts from field technicians.</li>
 <li>Receive push notifications for newly dispatched Work Orders.</li>
 <li>Utilize Google Maps for directions and ETA based on your current location.</li>
 <li>IVR compliant GPS check-in through the app ensures compliance.</li>
 <li>View comprehensive Work Order details, including instructions and scope, without the need for printing.</li>
 <li>Facilitate the uploading of photos directly to Work Orders.</li>
 <li>Enable store sign-off and complete necessary surveys upon task completion.</li>
